DELIVERY & RECEIPT
Please read the steps below carefully before filling out the form.
1. Contact & Quote
Use the form on the right to explain your project and indicate the approximate number of tapes. The base rate is transparent and fixed in advance according to my price list.
2. Secure Shipping or Drop-Off
Drop off your tapes in Ternat (by appointment only) or send them very carefully packaged and well-protected exclusively via Bpost to my home address (shipping fees are at your own expense). Please provide me with the tracking number.
3. Receipt & Inspection
As soon as I receive your tapes, I will contact you shortly. We will assess the general condition of your tapes and choose the ideal storage medium together (USB drive capacity, etc.) that best fits your needs.
4. Payment & Return
You pay nothing in advance. Once the digitization is complete, you settle the agreed amount via bank transfer (or Payconiq). Upon receipt of payment, you will receive your files on the chosen medium and your original tapes back carefully repackaged (return shipping fees at your own expense, if applicable).
